GROOV3 is a high energy unique blend of Hip Hop, Funk, Pop and Grooves dance class designed for all levels. It combines the latest dance moves with the hottest jams. 1 continuous music set with 2 speeds of choreography to give you 3 times the empowerment as we DANCE, SWEAT and LIVE.

Zumba is a dance inspired fitness class. It has easy to follow steps that get everyone moving and grooving to the beat. Zumba is not about how well you can do the steps, but about moving to the music, and having fun. Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, hip hop and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in our Zumba class and you’ll have so much fun, you’ll never notice that you are exercising!
STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. In this revolutionary class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
